Bata Arabic ("the app", "we", "our") is an educational application designed to help users learn the Arabic alphabet through interactive exercises and games.

📦 2. Data Stored on Your Device
The app stores only lightweight preference and progress data locally on your device using SharedPreferences (Android) and the equivalent secure storage on iOS. No data leaves your device.

🚫 3. Data We Do NOT Collect
The app does not collect, transmit, or share any of the following:

- Microphone or camera data

💳 4. In-App Purchases
The app offers an optional one-time premium upgrade. All payment transactions are processed exclusively by Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS). We do not receive, store, or process any payment or billing information.

🔊 5. Audio Permissions
The app plays audio files bundled within the app package to teach Arabic letter pronunciations. It does not record audio, request microphone access, or use text-to-speech services that transmit data externally.
👶 6. Children's Privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)
Bata Arabic is a safe, family-friendly educational app. It does not collect any personal information from users of any age, including children under 13 (COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR).
There are no social features, chat functions, user accounts, or advertising within the app. The app is suitable for use by children under parental guidance.
🔗 7. Third-Party Services
The app does not integrate advertising networks, analytics platforms, or social SDKs. The only third-party interaction occurs when a user taps an external contact link (e.g., WhatsApp), which opens the link in the respective external app. No data is transmitted to us from that interaction.
🗑️ 8. Data Deletion
All data stored by the app resides exclusively on your device. You can remove all stored data at any time by uninstalling the app, or by clearing the app's data through your device's system settings (Settings → Apps → Bata Arabic → Clear Data).
🔒 9. Security
Since no data is transmitted over networks, there is no risk of interception during transmission. Data is stored using the platform's standard secure local storage (SharedPreferences on Android, NSUserDefaults on iOS), protected by the device's own security model.
